Summary
We are looking for a full-time Chief Stewardess for a Private 40m Classic Style M/Y based between the US and the Caribbean.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years as a Chief Stew on similar sized yachts or be a senior stew from larger yachts looking for her first HOD role. Must be able to display good longevity.
Sailing background would be a strong advantage (even dingy sailing growing up) as the yacht is heavily involved with a sailing program. The crew is very fit and active so candidates who are interested in kiteboarding, sailing, fishing, diving etc will go to the top of the pile.
True non smokers need only apply. Tattoos need to be concealed.
B1/B2 is essential. Silver service, wine, floral courses etc will be an advantage. Excellent references a must.
Start date mid June in the US. East coast cruising for summer, followed by a yard period then the Caribbean.
Candidates who apply through YOA are more likely to be seen.
