The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a well-rounded and enthusiastic Deckhand to join a 70M+ private yacht with a dynamic and experienced deck team. The ideal candidate to have minimum 1 years of experience and be looking to grow within a structured and supportive environment without overstepping into leadership roles.
Watersports and large tender driving experience (9m and 12m) are a big advantage. This yacht runs an active, fast-paced program, so sporty and energetic crew members who enjoy a good crew culture will thrive here.
A Schengen or B1/B2 visa is beneficial but not essential - there is flexibility for time off to obtain one if needed.
