The Candidate Specification
We are seeking an experienced and capable Lead Deckhand to join a prestigious 100M+ private/charter yacht. This is an exciting opportunity work with a high-performing deck team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Lead Deckhand or Bosun on 60M+ vessels, be confident in guest-facing operations, and possess excellent tender driving skills. A Yachtmaster certificate is essential, along with a PWC license. Additional certifications such as PWC Instructor, Helideck Assistant, Crowd Management, and Crisis Management & Human Behaviour are advantageous but not mandatory.
This vessel offers excellent career progression, regular charters, and a strong team dynamic. The crew values professionalism, performance, and a proactive attitude. Both male and female candidates will be considered.
