Summary
We are recruiting an experienced and professional Service Stewardess to join a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht for the 2025 season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established, high-standard interior team on a professionally run vessel with long-standing crew.
The successful candidate will have previous experience on similar-sized yachts or within high-end hospitality environments, with a strong background in formal and informal service.
You must be confident in silver service, drinks and wine service, and setting beautiful table arrangements for a discerning clientele.
You will be working alongside a large, structured interior team and will rotate within the service department to ensure top-level guest service at all times.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 season’s experience on a 60m+ yacht or 5-star hospitality background
- Strong knowledge of service styles (silver service, wine, cocktails)
- Excellent personal presentation and guest etiquette
- STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Additional service-related training (e.g., WSET, barista, mixology) is a bonus
- Fluent English speaker
- Valid Schengen visa
This is 9 months contract, ideal for candidates looking for a stable, busy program with high standards and a supportive crew environment.
