Rotational 3rd Engineer – 70m Private Support Vessel
Start date: July 8th
Location: Mediterranean/Caribbean
Package: Salary in Euros. 182.5 days leave per year. Time for time rotation
Experience and attributes required:
Solid experience with marine engineering systems - Previous yacht experience preferred, but not essential
Assist the Chief and 2nd Engineer in the daily operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and technical systems on board.
Participate in engine room watches and planned maintenance routines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Contribute to the smooth and safe running of all engineering operations.
Maintain and check tenders and assist with all operational duties involved on a busy Support yacht
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Willingness to commit long-term and grow within an established, well-run program.
Safety minded and comprehensive understanding of ship operating procedures and PTW systems.
Good time management skills and able to work independently.
Qualifications required (all mandatory):
EOOW unlimited III/1
STCW - fully updated
PSA and PDSD
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
Seaman's Discharge book
B1B2 preferred
