Seasonal Sole/Head Chef 50m MY
- Contract: seasonal with the possibility to go permanent

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sole/Head Chef to join a 50m private MY with a crew of 10 and excellent crew longevity (most have been onboard 2+ years). This is a seasonal role with a strong possibility to become a permanent placement for the right candidate. The vessel travels to exciting locations, beyond the milk-run.
Requirements:
- B1/B2 visa in hand (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years’ yachting experience, plus relevant land-based chef background
- Confident in catering to dietary requirements and creating healthy, balanced meals
- Able to deliver varied, high-quality menus for up to 10 crew and 9 guests
- Culinary creativity is a must – owners enjoy a mix of proteins, vegetables, and high-fibre dishes without meal repetition
- Positive attitude, excellent time management, and good communication skills

- Itinerary: NYC & Canada (Owners onboard approx. 6 weeks over summer)
- Joining Port: Florida
- Salary: DOE USD
- Leave: 60 days per year (perm contract)
- Accommodation: Shared cabin
- Start: Ideally by 16th June to allow time for provisioning and familiarisation
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive chef who enjoys cooking clean, fresh cuisine and working with a close-knit team. If the summer season goes well, there is potential for a long-term role onboard.
