HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING 100M+ NEW BUILD MY
We are seeking an experienced Head of House for a busy, private, dual season 100m New Build MY - launching Autumn/Winter 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the set-up process of the new build as well as receiving an extensive handover with the current rotational Head of House. You must hold 3+ years as an experienced Head of House on board 80m+ busy programs with a strong yachting background. Longevity and experience for this program is pivotal to its success.
The vessel has a history of travelling, with some previous and upcoming unique itineraries (Alaska, Canada, Norway, Costa Rica, Mexico) with busy back to back guest usage.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Strong administrative skills and a dynamic leader who is hands-on and actively involved in housekeeping operations.
· A key point of contact for the owner – you must be confident interacting with guests.
· Solely overlooks the master suite including the meticulous organisation and inventory of the wardrobe
· Managing the Lead Housekeeper and 12 interior crew members rotating between housekeeping and service.
Start date: Late June – specific date tbc.
Salary: $7500 USD/DOE
Leave: 2:2 rotation to begin August. Specifics will be discussed in an interview.
Education/training allowance for all crew, relevant training and courses encouraged.
