Qualifications:
- ENG1
- STCW 95
- Food & Hygiene certification
Requirements:
- Ability to cook a wide range of cuisines (owner loves fusion)
- Charter experience
- Restaurant background
- Menu planning and provisioning skills
- Organization, galley cleanliness and high hygiene standards
- Catering for up to 10 guests and 7 crew
Other:
- Seasonal or permanent contract based on mutual agreement
- Based in Italy
