Summary
Chef needed for 100M+ private research vessel - world cruising.
Working under a head chef and closely with the purser.
Candidates must be able to cater for up to 70 crew & guests, organize provisioning and accounts.
Vessel can be at sea for weeks at a time. Previous experience onboard yachts or cruise ships needed.
Qualifications needed: Valid passport, STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Discharge book, Ships Cook Certificate. Food handling permit.
