The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a 3rd Officer to join a well-run 80M+ private yacht based in the Mediterranean. This is a great opportunity for someone newly qualified with their OOW 3000 who is eager to gain experience in a supportive and professional environment. While yachting experience is preferred, it is not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
This program is the perfect environment for a newly qualified officer to transition smoothly into their role. With a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, the yacht places a strong emphasis on mentorship, growth, and teamwork. You'll be joining a knowledgeable and welcoming crew who value initiative and a positive attitude. An interest in watersports is a bonus, with great facilities onboard to support them.
