HMG is looking for an accomplished Chief Stew for a moderately busy 60m Charter Yacht.
You must have proven longevity i a similar role with great references.
Proficient in all aspects of the Interior. Confident with Silver Service, Theme nights, Concierge services, this is a team Yacht where all crew work hard to deliver the best experience.
You should be confident leading a team of four with experience in training junior crew as required.
Account keeping, provisioning for extended periods and Guest itinerary planning should all be in your repertoire.
