38m Motor Yacht, built 2023. Cayman Flag with ABS Class.

You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering systems onboard, troubleshoot and maintain technical operations whilst working closely with an active, hands-on crew. They would like a team player who has a calm and confident demeanour, this is not a boat for ego.
Looking for a fit & healthy experienced Chief engineer with all round experience (mechanical, electrical, AVIT) Mechanical bias, trade background would be advantageous.
Private with some Charters, this is a newer program building charter profile so these should increase, currently 3 or 4 a season. Very good longevity on board, the departing Chief is headed to a larger Vessel and leaving on very good terms. Rotational partner is very experienced and knows the Yacht well, Captain is excellent and very supportive of Engineering department.
