A prestigious private superyacht is seeking an experienced, creative, and health-focused Chef to join our crew as we cruise the stunning West Coast of the USA — from sun-kissed Southern California to the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
About the Role:
We are looking for a culinary artist with expertise in ketogenic (keto) cuisine, capable of delivering gourmet, nutritionally balanced meals that are both indulgent and aligned with a low-carb lifestyle. You'll be preparing meals for a small number of discerning guests, in addition to up to 8-10 crew, who prioritize wellness without sacrificing flavor or variety.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute daily keto-focused menus for guests & crew (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
- Source fresh, local, organic ingredients from ports along the coast
- Cater to specific dietary needs and preferences - natural sugar alternatives in particular.
- Maintain a clean, organized galley to yacht-standard hygiene
- Occasionally assist in hosting onboard events or themed dining experiences
You Are:
- A professionally trained chef with a strong background in keto or low-carb cuisine
- Experienced working in high-end, private environments (yachts, estates, or luxury hospitality)
- Creative, flexible, and calm under pressure
- Passport-ready with valid B1/B2 Visa, STCW and ENG1 certifications (or willing to obtain)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with established crew
