Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bosun or a well experienced deckhand who wants to upgrade to Bosun position, to join our well-run, private motor yacht, currently in Italy.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size
- Excellent tender driving skills (jet tender handling essential)
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Team player
- Confident in leading deck operations and supporting the First Officer
- Good knowledge of exterior maintenance, wash-downs, teak care, and water-sports setup
