Summary
We are looking for a Stewardess/cook who is independent, well-organized, and flexible to join a Pershing 9X charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. The crew consists of 3 members: Captain, Deckhand, and Chef Stewardess. The selected candidate will be responsible for the interior, meal preparation, and guest service, playing a key role in delivering a premium onboard experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full interior management, including cabin cleaning, laundry, and stock organization.
- Preparing meals for guests and possibly crew.
- Table service, mise en place, and decorative setups for formal or informal dining.
- Ensuring guest comfort with a strong attention to detail throughout the charter period.
- Collaborating closely with the Captain and Deckhand to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during charters, turnarounds, and docking.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role on yachts of comparable size (minimum 1–2 seasons).
- Culinary skills with a background in Mediterranean and international cuisine.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional, discreet, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Basic level of English language.
