Mate & Chief Stew Position
We are looking for a Mate to join a private/charter 45m S/Y currently in the Med. You will need to have had solid sailing experience due to the nature of the programme. Unfortunately, if you have come from just a Motor yacht background you will not be considered.
Ideally looking for someone with a diving background, preferably rescue diver certification.
The itinerary will be Med cruising for summer and then a winter yard period for 2025, then the vessel will return to dual season travelling to the Caribbean in Winter 2026.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Yachtmaster Offshore or Ocean (OOW would be great)
· PADI open Water minimum
· Experienced Sailor with at least 3+ years of experience
· Any prior Regatta/Racing experience is a plus
· Longevity within a previous role
· Schengen Visa in hand or EU Passport holder
Package:
· Start date: ASAP
· Salary: 6000EUR – 6500EUR
· Leave: MLC standard (Negotiable after a year)
