We're looking for an experienced and polished Guest Services/ Concierge/ Event Planner/ EA which would suit a Chief Stewardess / Purser to join a high-performing team supporting a prominent UHNW family across multiple international properties.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a high-end hospitality, estate management, or yachting background who thrives in fast-paced, luxury environments.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate operations and VVIP service across global residences
- Work closely with EAs, property managers, and event planners
- Plan and execute private dinners, celebrity functions, and high-profile events
- Manage guest logistics: flights, drivers, bookings, special requests
- Deliver seamless service in diverse cultural settings
Experiance
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess / Purser or similar shore side experiance
- Cruise ship background a bonus
- Highly organized, confident, and discreet
- Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English; other languages (French, Italian, Portuguese) a plus
- Schengen or B1/B2 Visa preferred
