The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a positive, high-energy Stewardess with around one year of yachting experience to join a fun and supportive interior team of four. You should be eager to rotate through all departments including laundry, housekeeping, and service, with a strong desire to grow and learn from the full team - not just the Chief Stew.
This is a fast-paced program with frequent guest interaction, so we’re looking for someone confident, adaptable, and proactive. A friendly, guest-focused attitude and strong team spirit are essential.
Bonus skills such as Pilates, hair and makeup, or dive certifications are highly desirable. Candidates currently based in the U.S. with a valid B1/B2 visa are strongly preferred.
