Cook/Steward(ess) in Italy

Summary

Position: Chef / Stewardess

Yacht: 24-meter sailing yacht

Program: Busy charter and private use

Flag: Malta

Requirements:

• Proven culinary experience

• High-standard interior service, including food service, table setting, housekeeping, and cabin preparation

• Sailing experience a big plus

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Superyacht background is a strong advantage)

• Italian and English speaking

• STCW Basic Training

• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate

• Valid Passport

• Food Hygiene Level 2 Certification

Start date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate

Salary: DOE 

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Start Yachting

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
