Summary
Head Chef position on a 80m+ Motor Yacht with 2:2 Rotation, Private vessel with a few Charters per year, full insurance on and off the vessel, competitive salary and good training program.
Male only due to cabin arrangements. The chef should have a good repertoire of healthy Mediterranean & Asian dishes and be comfortable interacting and receiving feedback with the guests on a daily basis. Must be able to listen to guests comments and act upon them without an ego getting in the way. Knowledge of healthy sugar free desserts is preferred. Vessel operates with 3 chefs in the galley and applicants must be a team player and be part of all galley life, this is not a guest/owners chef position, training and progressing sous chefs is also expected.
Must have Ships Cook certificate and Level 3 Food Hygiene and be able to start on 1st June 2025
Easy going person that gets on well with all crew members.
