Summary
We are looking for a Sous Chef for a 50m+ private M/Y to start as soon as possible in the Med. Following the Med season the vessel will cross over and do the Caribbean season.
The Crew Chef will be cooking for 11 crew and the occasional simple guest request. There are weekly BBQs onboard for the crew and guests.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on cleanliness. Food will be healthy, fresh, with good variety and the ability to cope with any dietary requirements onboard.
Looking for an easy going and adaptable character who will collaborate with the Head Chef
Previous experience on a 40m+ vessel is preferred.
Male or Female. Schengen is essential for those who require it.
Start date: ASAP - 9th of May at the latest
