Summary

Crew Chef/ Deckhand – 74m Private/Charter Motor Yacht (Seasonal)

Med-Based | Seasonal Contract

Start: May 12 | End: Mid-September

Salary DOE

We are seeking a Male Crew Chef (due to cabin arrangements) to join a busy 74m private/charter motor yacht for a seasonal contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef with strong fundamentals and a hotel, restaurant, or cruise ship background who is eager to gain valuable yachting and deck skills.

Requirements:

Skills:

Strong foundation in cooking and kitchen operations

Allergies knowledge, food waste awareness, healthy meal prep

HACCP standards, galley cleanliness, and food budgeting

Confident working independently and in a small team (team of 3: Head Chef + Sous Chef)

Additional Responsibilities:

During guest trips: crew meal prep, galley upkeep, and HACCP compliance

During guest-off periods or events: assist deck team with polishing, carrying, lining, learning minor repairs, and teamwork tasks (no prior deck experience or certifications needed – training provided)
