Summary
We are looking for a Sous/Crew Chef
We are currently Alongside in Dubai and preparing the vessel to cruise the Indian Ocean.
Currently it is just cooking for crew and occasionally the owner will come onboard for dinner, a bonus will be given for these days to be discussed at interview.
We are looking for a well rounded chef that can provide healthy meals to the crew and has a worked in professional kitchen potentially with a Star.
We are happy to accept chefs trying to break into yachting if you have the required skill set.
Can accept male or female candidates.
Must be able to run the galley to a high standard and understands cleaning schedules, stock rotation and preferably has there ships cook certificates
