Job Description:
We are looking for a Sous-Chef for a private 70+m. Previous land-based experience in high-end restaurants & hotels is a must. You should be a team player and be keen to learn from 3 rotational head chefs, and at the same time, be independent to be on your own if required. We have a stable crew and low crew turnover.
Salary: EUR 5,000 per month
Flag: Cayman Islands
Package: 5 months on and 1 off.
Discretionary 13-month bonus and annual pay review.
