Position: Mate – 130' Westport (Private, Cayman Flag)

Location: Fort Lauderdale-based when not traveling; Bahamas and Caribbean during the winter season
An opportunity for a strong Mate to join a well-run 130' Westport private program. This role requires someone confident in deck operations, who can work independently and lead junior deck crew.
Program Overview:
- December 14 – April: Active owner usage in the Bahamas and Caribbean
- May – November: Fort Lauderdale-based, minimal owner use
- Crew: 6 full-time
- Professional, team-oriented work environment
Candidate Profile:
- Solid deck experience on vessels of a similar size
- Strong tender handling and towing skills (35' Intrepid)
- Proactive, organized, and confident running deck operations without micromanagement
- Leadership skills to mentor junior deckhands
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strictly non-smoker, non-vaper, and drug-free
Package:
