A new owner to large Superyachts has recently purchased a new build yacht which was delivered in June.
The family expect a very high calibre of chef to produce exciting meals and push the limits.
The yacht will also charter so the calibre of chef needs to be Michelin standard with an understanding that the galley is that of a 50 metre yacht not a 100 cover restaurant.
Crew of 9 also to be catered for.
