ROTATIONAL CHIEF ENGINEER (Y3) NEEDED FOR A 50m SUPPORT MY

Start Date: 1^st May 2025

Itinerary:  Worldwide cruising. Join in Tahiti

 Candidates with Damen Experience and/or Remote Cruising Experience will be given first preference

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chief Engineer to join this 50m Support Vessel to a 60m motor yacht with an amazing itinerary ahead.  

MTU M/E & Volvo generators.

 The owners are very family-orientated and value their crew. Having a big team dynamic onboard is important to them. The boat is predominantly private, but it does charter on occasion.

Runs with a crew of 11.

Further details will be discussed with the Captain.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:

-         STCW/ENG1

-         CE (MN) III/3 or III/3 (Y3)

-         Damen experience will be a huge bonus

-         Cruising in remote areas will also be a bonus

-         Excellent references are needed

PACKAGE:

-         Salary: 10,000 Euro

-         Rotation: 2 months on, 2 months off

-         Own cabin

-         Annual increase in salary

-         Full training budget

-         Flights

-         Medical

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
