Summary
Great 55m vessel with excellent owners is looking for a rotational head chef to join their team, vessel is cruising Costa Rica, West Coast and up to Alaska for the season.
The rotation will start in August in order to give the chef time to settle in.
There is no sous chef so candidate would have to be content with this.
Ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- Self motivated
- highly organised
- previous head chef experience
- happy with vegan/pescatarian
