Summary
We are seeking a skilled Captain/Engineer for a 17m sailing yacht based in Italy for the 2026 Mediterranean charter season.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of charter operations, including communication with brokers, guests, and suppliers, while ensuring the yacht's technical maintenance and safety protocols are upheld.
Regular accounting of boat expenses and adherence to high company standards are essential.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a captain on similar-sized vessels with at least 1 crew member under his command, CE Sail certification and demonstrate engineering skills.
Strong feedback from previous charter guests and a proven track record of repeat clientele will be highly valued.
