Summary

Attention all Chefs, Looking for someone with a great personality and also key culinary skills.

Someone who is happy to take charge when the head chef is away on leave and to maintain the standards required.

Good time keeping skills are a must on this vessel.

Salary TBC

HOLIDAY - 60 Days leave - Weekends off aren't contracted but given.

Itinerary - Ship Yard, Caribbean, Mediterranean.

Good crew atmosphere.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
  • Drivers License
Culinary Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Certificate in Professional Cookery & Culinary Arts (1 - 6 mths)
  • Intermediate Culinary Diploma (6 mths+)
  • Culinary Certificate(s)
Food & Hygiene Qualifications
  • Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
