Summary

Deckhand needed for a 2022, 37-meter M/Y. Candidate must be ready to fly with all required documents in hand. Wonderful Captain and great crew. Ideal candidates will possess the following personal attributes: charismatic, professional, the ability to actively engage, and a forward thinker. The ideal candidate will also possess a pleasant and outgoing personality, a strong hospitality mentality, and will instill a culture of excellence and service amongst and between all crew members. This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven Deckhand who looks to gain knowledge and experience from a strong team on deck. Joining in the Bahamas, really nice Owner and professionally managed program.

Summer 2024: Caribbean, and the Bahamas, Winter 2024/25: SoFlo, Caribbean, and the Bahamas

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation Package: $$ Above Industry Standard (Negotiable DOE), 60 Days

Skills and Attributes Required:

•Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Deckhand on 30+ meter M/Y

•Strong product and deck maintenance knowledge

•Strong water sports knowledge

•Safe and competent tender driver

•Fishing Experience a plus but not required

•Works well in a team environment

•Professional presentation

Qualifications Required:

•STCW with PDSD

•PBL2

•PWC

•Seafarers Medical Certificate

•Valid B1/B2 Visa

Non-Smokers/No Visible Tattoos
