Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as Third Officer aboard our prestigious 89m Motor Yacht. Our vessel is renowned for its high standards, offering a plethora of water sports, shore side activities, and occasional charters. The successful candidate will be integral to maintaining our exceptional level of service and ensuring smooth operations on board.

Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of Third Officer, leading a team of 5 skilled deckhands under the guidance of the Chief Officer and Second Officer.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, delegation, and guest relations skills to enhance the guest experience.

• Oversee and participate in water sports activities and shore side excursions, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to at all times.

• Maintain a proactive approach, being adaptable to changes and adept at handling adversities swiftly and effectively.

• Possess a "ready for anything" attitude, embodying flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging situations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a bosun on a 70-90m yacht; recently qualified OOW candidates will also be considered.

• Proficient in driving tenders, with experience handling 40ft+ vessels is a must; jet drive experience is a plus.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

• Additional skills such as kitesurfing, surfing, winging, fishing, and content creation are advantageous.

Rotation and Compensation:

• Rotation: 2 months on, 2 months off.

• Salary: To be confirmed based on experience and qualifications.
