Looking for a Rotational First Mate for a 40m+ Private/Charter S/Y

-Rotational position (10:10) to start ASAP in Spain.

-Must OOW 500 in hand!

-Busy dual season vessel with an exciting itinerary planned!

-Must be Fluent in English.

-Must have experience in a similar role and be able to run the deck department with confidence!

-Must have stronger leadership and organisational skills.

-Total of 7 mixed nationality crew.

-Non smoking vessel.

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent) ENG 1 (Medical Certificate) [Essential]
STCW 95 (STCW 2010) [Essential]
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent) MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt [Essential]
