The successful applicant will have charter experience
The Captain is looking to offer a high standard of service and cuisine for their charter guests and therefore applicants should be comfortable with a variety of styles of cuisine including any dietary requirements that may be requested.
Applicants should have all STCW certificates in date, valid ENG 1/Seafarers Medical certificate
Food Hygiene Level II as minimum certification

Only male candidates due to cabin arrangements
Possibly provide a portfolio with food pics and some menus samples
Foreign flagged
Valid B1B2 visa required.
