Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join 70 Sunreef Power Catamaran. The vessel operates primarily in the Mediterranean, with the winter period spent in Genova.
This is a seasonal position, although there is an opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent role in the Owner's villa in Italy during the off-season.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create exceptional culinary experiences for guests and crew onboard. Plan and execute menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special occasions.
•Manage provisioning, inventory, and budgeting for the galley, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to quality standards.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in the galley, following hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
•Collaborate with the Captain and other crew members to ensure seamless coordination of meal service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
•Culinary qualifications or certifications from a recognized institution.
•Strong knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and food safety standards.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
