MYyachtcrew is after an EXPERIENCED FIRST OFFICER to join an amazing 45m private/charter Feadship

They have the best longevity and promote from within.

Start date: After the Caribbean season ASAP or after the crossing in May in Italy

Itinerary: Busy Med and Caribbean seasons with short yard periods in-between

This position is open to both male and female candidates.

Requirements:

-MCA OOW 3000GT or equivalent working towards your masters license

-STCW, ENG1 and B1B2

-AEC (not required but a positive)

-ISM, ISPS, TRANSAS, MAXSEA, ECDIS.

-Passage Planning and Knowledge of Med and Caribbean waters.

-Must have charter experience as they are a very well known and respected charter yacht that runs to very high standards.

-Someone with great references looking for a long term commitment

-Have strong leadership qualities and be able to lead a team. But be able to take direction as well.

-Yamaha outboard engine knowledge and maintenance skills (a positive)

-Proficient in tender driving and Instruction (32 foot intrepid tender)

-Jet Ski instructors license (a positive)

-Proficient with water toys, sports instruction and maintenance. Such as

Sailing instruction, Kiteboarding instruction,

Fishing Experience and Instruction.

-Other important qualities: be Organized, have Excellent Communication skills, have a Positive mindset, Outgoing, Athletic and Sporty, Healthy, Honest
