80m+ Motor Yacht searching for a 2nd Officer/Chief Officer to start in the coming weeks.

Qualifications required: STCW, ENG1, Chief Mate 3000GT, PDSD(or SSO)

Start date: End of April

Dual season - Private and charter

60 days leave

Salary: DOE

Permanent position.

90% of the time will have own cabin so Male and Female candidates welcome to apply.

We are looking for a 2nd Officer/Chief Officer with experience on vessels of similar size. Would be strongly beneficial for someone who has experience serving as Chief Officer, even if only in Relief/Step up/down capacity as you will be stepping into the Chief Officers role on a frequent basis.

The Yacht has a busy and exciting program, often a fully booked charter season that historically has afforded substantial tips.

We have a energetic and dynamic crew and are looking for someone that will fit in with the culture on board.

Ideally someone with proven longevity on previous vessels.

When in the 2nd Officer role - Must be proficient in all ISM/LSA/FFE monitoring and maintenance, OOW navigator, Passage planning and bridge maintenance.

When stepping into the Chief Officers position - Liaising with the Bosun on the smooth running of the deck crew and deck maintenance program and maintaining vessel compliance with the Captain.

Large tender driving, heavy lift crane operations and Helicopter operations are also very beneficial.

Schengen Visa (If needed) and B1B2 will be required as the yacht will cross to the USA and Caribbean at the end of the year.
