Summary

PERMANENT POSITION - We are currently seeking an experienced Captain for a 40-meter charter motor yacht. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest safety standards and delivering exceptional service to both owners and charterers. A robust understanding of Mediterranean navigation and prior experience as a Charter Captain are essential for this position.

Position Attributes and Responsibilities:

oEnsure impeccable service and create the best possible experience during charters or private use.

oUphold compliance standards onboard using the ISM software and collaborate closely with the Designated Person Ashore (DPA).

oOversee all yacht operations, including technical maintenance and shipyard projects.

oLead an efficient and motivated crew to maintain a harmonious atmosphere onboard at all times.

oDemonstrate a positive “can-do attitude” and the ability to cope with changing schedules.

ohandle tasks such as managing invoices, budgets, and APA reports using the accountant software.

Professional Presentation:

oActively engage in a hands-on, friendly manner with excellent presentation.

oNon-smoking and no visible tattoos preferred.

Qualifications :

Coc Master 3000 (preferred) licenses + All compulsory Seafarers trainings (ENG1, STCW BST, Survival Craft and Rescue Boats etc ). EU Passport holder or long term valid schengen visa holder

Package offer

oPermanent, Full-time position (non-rotational)

oSingle season cruising cruising in the Mediterranean

oLeave entitlement: 42 days leaves/year with 1 repatriation flight home/year

oStart date: immediate
