Looking for an experienced and qualified Lead Deckhand to join a new 38m private yacht based in South Florida.

Based year round in South Florida and three months during the summer up in New York. It is the ideal program for someone that wants to be local to south florida with a few trips around the area.

There will be no accommodation provided unless while on trips and on watch. Has to be someone local to the area that wants to go back home daily.
