Position: CHEF- US or green card needed

(Italian/French/Mediterranean cooking)  Can be full time, seasonal or freelance. If you live in the N. Palm Beach area you can go home at night as well while docked there.

Can be a team with Captain, Mate or Stewardess.

License: None required but a culinary degree. High level of cooking skills - French, Italian, Mediterranean, Keto.

Requirements: US passport or green card/US work permit, ENG1. STCW. Some yachting experience is a plus. High end restaurant background is a plus.

We are looking for a culinary trained chef to join this Private brand new MY. 

The boat is an Ocean Alexander in north WPB area of Florida. Owner and his wife will be staying on board and also traveling to their home in the Bahamas. They will entertain A list guests that enjoy a high level of service.

They are not late night people or party types. They are looking for crew that are experienced in quality service and are also relaxed and live a healthy life style. They understand that staying on board a lot will require giving the crew enough down time. 

NO smokers. Visible tattoos accepted.

Team: Either - there are 2 cabins - 2 bunks and 1 single captain's cabin with a desk/head 

Will run with Captain/Engineer, Mate/Engineer, Stewardess and a Chef. (Chef can be freelance or full time)

While docked in WPB area - the crew could go home at night.

Salaries and package: TBD - within yachting salary guidelines - good
