Looking for a rotational sole chef

To start ASAP in Mallorca.

Package:

Rotational contract of employment based on an equal work rotation (on a yearly basis) with your rotational partner.

2 months “on” and 2 months “off” rotation

Salary of € 5,000/month, paid monthly, both “ On” and “Off” rotation.

Start date asap.

Boat set-up:

8 crew. All nationalities

Shared Cabin

2 stews

Most crew have been on board sine 1 year minimum, some 10+ years

Owners are into their food, they love healthy and flavoured food. Ottolenghi style.

Usually plated, sometimes buffet

US and Dutch owners

Sailing a lot, chef has to adapt to that

Busy yacht and busy program

Program:

Join in Palma de Mallorca

Yachts departs to the Baltic mid-June

Cruising Baltic until mid August with guests

Med September and October.
