Summary
I am working with an established Yacht Management Company to appoint an exciting new position of Client Manager to join the team in the Monaco office.
This is an office-based role, and you must have the right to live and work in Europe, ONLY applicants that possess an EU Passport will progress through the selection process. No sponsorship is offered as part of the package.
The Client Manager role is responsible for managing the Client Relationship and to ensure that contractual deliverables are always met to a high standard.
This role would suit an experienced Chief Steward/Stewardess, Chief Purser, Chief/First Officer or Captain looking to come to shore, or an experienced Yacht/Client Manager looking for a change.
You will:
Manage key relationships - Clients, Captains, Crew, Owners
Identify commercial opportunities
Identify and solve complex problems
Coordinate yacht management service deliverables for a portfolio of yachts
The ideal candidate:
Sea going experience onboard large yachts or shore-based experience in Yacht Management
Strong relationship manager with a track record in Client Account Management
Ability to remain composed in demanding situations
Fluency in English both written and spoken at a high professional level
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
A high degree of computer literacy
Ability to prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks
A high degree of attention to detail, capable of checking/ recording information accurately
Self-motivated, able to solve problems and manage their own time
Absolute discretion and confidentiality
Flexibility to travel frequently
Desirable but not essential:
Experience working in a Yacht Management Company in a similar role
Any European languages
