Summary

We are looking for a mate with commercial YM minimum prefer OOW for a 45M charter program based FL / Caribbean region. Must be able to lead the deck team and comfortable with mini ISM. Would be a great opportunity for a mate stepping up from a 40M or a bosun coming from a larger yacht. The starting salary DOE and license but will be in the $7-8K region.
