Summary

Five oceans is currently seeking a Sole Chef for a 50m+ explorer yacht to join build for final stages, outfitting, delivery and forward operation. New build explorer yacht delivering in May 2024. Vessel has an initial three year program set and will be a very interesting period comprising of on and off the beaten path locations around the globe. This is not a typical ‘white yacht program’ with the vessel undertaking a wide range of activities above and beyond standard ‘yacht operations’ such as exploration, environmental and humanitarian operations. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing produce in far flung locations and be able to produce healthy well balanced meals. The role would suit a sous chef on a larger yacht looking to step up.
