Summary

Looking for ROTATIONAL CAPTAIN, CHEF, DECK & STEW for a 76ft busy charter cat with bookings in BVIS (and moving downisland to Grenada in Hurricane season). Captain can employ crew he wants and needs to manage all aspects of the vessel and running of the charter business completely independently. Knowledge and experience of boat management, permits, insurance, maintenance and charter experience, broker communications, etc. is essential, as are all the relevant skills and certs for the whole crew. Must have at least 2yrs experience as a Charter Captain on similar size vessel in the CARIBBEAN and 5yrs experience as professional Captain, ideally with background in mechanical engineering.
