Summary
Brand new 33mt motor yacht is seeking a creative experienced Chef.
This is a strictly private program with very high standards when it comes to food and service. The owners are high profile high network individuals with a keen taste for good food.
The yacht will be based in Harbor Island, the Bahamas for the remainder of the winter, moving North to new England for the summer. Caribbean winter 2024/25 then be shipped on dock-wise to the Med for Summer 2025.
The owners are really looking for a chef that can think for his/herself. They are happy to fly food into the Island and understand the restrictions that the Chef will have based there.
They are looking for fresh, locally sourced or flown in, vibrant artistic plates. They want their chef to have a bit of artistic freedom and desire and willingness to try new things. Its important the chef is not a one trick pony and can cook a variation of international cuisines.
Salary is DOE and can be discussed upon interviewing.
Cayman Island Flagged- 5 Full time crew with talks of a 6th.
