Job Description:

 

We are presently in the process of selecting a Captain for a 70m Private Motor Yacht (registered as Commercial).

 

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional capable of leading the crew, ensuring the seamless operation of the vessel, and adept at managing the expectations of a high-standard Owner.

 

The crew consists of individuals from various nationalities, and the winter homeport is Mediterranean.

 

The selected candidate will commence the rotation alongside the current Captain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operations of the vessel.

Ensure adherence to high safety standards and compliance with all maritime regulations.

Collaborate closely with the management team to align operations with the client\\'s expectations.

Oversee the crewing process, coordinating with management to ensure the selection of top service-oriented crew members.

Plan and execute yacht operations.

Ensure the yacht consistently meets the highest standards throughout the year, as the Owner may potentially come on board.

Qualifications:

3000gt Captain\\'s license.

Extensive experience as a Captain or Chief Officer on bigger boat with worldwide navigation.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse and service-oriented crew.
