Summary

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Captain to work with a very experienced owner aboard hi immaculately maitained yacht, predominantly cruising the Bahamas and USA East Coast. The captain needs to have:

• Previous experience as a captain of vessels >40m

• Min 5 years experience as a captain

• Excellent yacht handling, seamanship and navigation skills

• Good longevity with references from previous employers

• A very professional attitude and work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous with record keeping, accounts, budgets, budget management and crew admin

• Familiar with USA legal and regulatory compliance

• USA citizen or Green Card holder

This is a live aboard position and the captain will be required to give the owner, yacht and crew his/her full comitment.
