Summary

Captain Required for a 24m Motor Yacht.

2+ years in a similar role (perhaps on a smaller boat looking for the next challenge) 5+ in Professional yachting.

Rotation available at 2:1 after probation and if the fit is right.

This is a Junior Captain role and better suited to someone who fits that profile rather than a seasoned veteran. Training will be provided and there is another rotational Captain. You\'ll be encouraged to take increasing levels of responsibly, there\'s a training budget available to you, and you\'ll be taught engineering in this role. The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate they\'ve been independent and well trusted in a previous managerial role. The boat runs with two crew at any one time and you\'ll be expected to contribute to all aspects of the day to day running.

Single Season, busy Med cruising itinerary May - September. Winter Berth in France or Spain TBC

A commercial background is not likely to be the right fit for this.
