Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to operate a luxurious 70 Sunreef Power Catamaran. The vessel is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and will be operating in the Mediterranean, with the winter season spent in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

•Safely operate and navigate the 70 Sunreef Power Catamaran, ensuring compliance with all maritime regulations and safety standards.

•Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the vessel, including regular inspections, repairs, and cleaning schedules.

•Manage and lead a crew, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient operation and exceptional service.

•Coordinate with charter brokers, guests, and suppliers to deliver an unparalleled experience to all onboard.

•Maintain accurate logs and records, including voyage logs, maintenance records, and crew schedules.

•Ensure compliance with commercial registration and Maltese flag requirements at all times.

Requirements:

•Valid Captain's license (minimum Master 200 GT or equivalent) with relevant STCW endorsements.

•Proven experience as a Captain on similar-sized vessels, preferably in the luxury yacht charter industry.

•Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew.

•In-depth knowledge of navigation, safety procedures, and maritime regulations.

•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
